Many of our families are struggling with household bills and cannot afford the fees for visits to the doctors’ office for required school physicals, sports physicals, immunizations, or unexpected illnesses.
Tichenor School Based Health Center offers physical exams, sports physicals, sick visits, and immunizations for students in the Erlanger-Elsmere Schools. The health center is staffed by a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Julie Levine, who is able to provide these needed services to the students in Erlanger-Elsmere Schools. The Tichenor Health Center is partially funded by a matching grant from the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati. To help continue these vital services -cash donations are accepted.
If you would like an enrollment form for the School Based Health Center, please contact Tichenor main office or Mrs. Hughes at the Tichenor Youth Service Center. If you would like more information or want to schedule an appointment for your child, please call 342-2411. Mary Burch, RN Erlanger-Elsmere School Health Coordinator
